Payment

When you wish to purchase an item click on the 'Add to Cart' button, you will then be taken to the 'Paypal Shopping Cart' web site which is a secure server, from there you can either continue shopping or checkout, if you click continue shopping you will come back to the Morning Star Craft web site.  You can view what is in your shopping basket and the total by clicking 'View Cart'.  I will not see your account details if you use Paypal and it's free for you to use.

If paying by cheque let me know so that I can reserve the item you want whilst waiting for your cheque to arrive.  I will reserve your item for up to 7 days before putting it back on for sale if I have not received payment or any contact from you.

Packaging

Jewellery items will come either in a free pouch or box or wrapped in tissue depending on what the item is, but I will reuse outer packaging eg jiffy bags etc to cut down on waste if possible (unless it is for a gift and you have selected the gift wrap option).  Other items will also come in recycled packaging in order to cut down on costs and to tread more gently on the earth.

Delivery

I will post next day or same day if you have ordered an item already made, if paying by cheque I will post as soon as it has cleared. If you have requested an item to be made specifically for you I will post as soon as possible after the item is completed and will keep you up to date on its progress via email.

First class post is used unless otherwise specified and I will get a proof of postage for each parcel.

If you have request an item to be personalised with name, date, initials etc I will require a small non refundable deposit to cover costs before starting the work. You will be informed of this when discussing your requirements so until the deposit is received you have nothing to lose.

International orders

Please email me prior to purchasing for postage costs to non-UK destinations.

International recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase please return within 7 days for a full refund (less P&P), unfortunately this cannot be offered on earring due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

All goods are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty I will refund or replace the goods without cost to you. Please notify me of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt.

Goods must be returned in original packaging unused. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost on their way back. Ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return.
