Jewellery items will come either in a free pouch or gift box or wrapped in tissue depending on what the item is, but I will try to reuse outer packaging eg jiffy bags etc. Other items will also come in recycled packaging in order to tread more gently on the earth.
I will post as soon as possible if you have ordered an item already made, if paying by cheque I will post as soon as it has cleared. If you have requested an item to be made specifically for you I will post as soon as possible after the item is completed and will keep you up to date on its progress via email.
First class post is used unless otherwise specified and I will get a proof of postage for each parcel.
If purchasing more then one item only the heaviest item is charged for.
If you have request an item to be personalised with name, date, initials etc I will require a small non refundable deposit to cover costs before starting the work. You will be informed of this when discussing your requirements so until the deposit is received you have nothing to lose.
If you are not happy with your purchase please return within 7 days for a full refund (less P&P), unfortunately this cannot be offered on earring due to hygiene reasons unless faulty and on personalised items. Please inform me of your intention to return goods so that I know to be expecting them.
Goods must be returned safely packaged so as not to be damaged in the post. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost on their way back. Ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return.
